New Delhi:

AR Rahman and his son AR Ameen shared the same picture on their respective Instagram profiles and it has the Internet’s heart. BTW, did we mention that the picture also features Shah Rukh Khan posing with the father-son duo. AR Rahman did not mention when or where the picture was taken. No caption needed. In the comments section, singer Jonita Gandhi wrote: “3 dapper boys.” Another comment read: “Alexa, play Dil Se re.” Another fan wrote: “Kings in a frame.” Another one added, “Dil se re” along with heart emojis. Oh, the recurring Dil Se.. reference could be attributed to the fact that AR Rahman composed music for Mani Ratnam’s 1998 film Dil Se.., in which SRK famously starred.

AR Rahman and AR Ameen shared the same picture on Instagram. Take a look.

Shah Rukh Khan, who has been fairly active as a producer in the last few years, was last seen in 2018 film Zero, co-starring Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. He has also co-produced Alia Bhatt’s Darlings, which marks her debut as a film producer. He also backed the standalone film on Bob Biswas, featuring Abhishek Bachchan in the titular role, which released last year.

Other than that, Shah Rukh Khan also backed the film Love Hostel, which starred Bobby Deol, Sanya Malhotra and Vikrant Massey in the lead roles. He wrapped the Spain schedule of Pathaan earlier this year. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. He will also star in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, co-starring Taapsee Pannu and Atlee’s Jawan with Nayanthara.

AR Rahman’s long list of awards includes six National Awards and several Filmfare Awards from across Bollywood and the South film industry. He was honoured with the Padma Shri in 2000 and Padma Bhushan in 2010 for his contribution to Indian music and cinema. AR Rahman’s Grammy wins were two more trophies added to his awards legacy, headlined by the Academy Awards – he won two Oscars for Slumdog Millionaire in 2009.
