schoolgirl: Schoolgirl Pregnant After Rape, Man Held | Hyderabad News
HYDERABAD: A 25-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday by Shabad police of Cyberabad for repeated rape of a 15-year-old girl, who subsequently became pregnant. The rape survivor, a class 9 student, was lured by the accused, a neighbour in Shabad locality, with the promise of marriage.
The accused, a father of two children, befriended her while she was returning home from school.
Claiming he was in love, the accused raped the girl in his residence, when family members were away. The girl lived with her grandparents in the same locality.
Her mother took her to a doctor, when she noticed physiological changes in her.
During the medical examination, the girl was found to be pregnant.
Based on the complaint of the girl’s mother, police sent the girl for medical examination and arrested the accused on Wednesday.
