Motherson Sumi Share Price: Motherson Sumi shares gain 0.08% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Systems Ltd. traded at Rs 242.3 on BSE at 01:47PM (IST) on Thursday, up 0.08 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 91.4 and a high of Rs 273.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 73.68 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 3.29 per share and 1.71 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 232,889 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:47PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 76564.12 crore and is part of the Auto Ancl – Electrical industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 149.56 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 47.94 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 243.9 and Rs 238.95.

Promoters held 33.96 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2021. FII and MF ownership in Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd. stood at 16.64 per cent and 10.11 per cent, respectively.
