HYDERABAD: TRS working president and minister KT Rama Rao on Thursday said the state government has no differences with governor Tamilisai Soundararajan and it respects the governor system.
Responding to the governor’s allegations in New Delhi that she was insulted by the state government on several occasions, KTR reacted in Sircilla: “Why will a state government have problems and differences if the governor (Soundararajan) behaves like a governor? The government would respect the position,” the minister said.
KTR said that when ESL Narasimhan was governor they did not have any problems, adding that recent Telangana assembly session was not begun with the governor’s address as it was not prorogued.
‘If the governor says she has been insulted then that’s not correct,” he said.
