Dlf Share Price: DLF shares gain 1.21% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Ltd. traded at Rs 280.5 on BSE at 10:26AM (IST) on Tuesday, up 1.21 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 134.6 and a high of Rs 332.6.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at -55.7 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs -5.03 per share and 0.99 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 299,513 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:26AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 69345.86 crore and is part of the Real Estate industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 107.39 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 58.64 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 284.5 and Rs 279.2.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 74.36 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2021. FII and MF ownership in DLF Ltd. stood at 17.39 per cent and 1.77 per cent, respectively.
