Congress: Will shut Dharani, if Congress storms to power, says A Revanth Reddy | Hyderabad News

HYDERABAD: TPCC chief A Revanth Reddy on Thursday challenged chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, saying that Congress will seek votes from all those who did not get benefits of Dalit Bandhu, 2BHK and other schemes.
During his Haath se Haath Jodo Yatra in Vardhanapeta assembly constituency, he said: “BRS can seek votes from these beneficiaries and from those who got jobs. But, Congress will seek from others. Is the CM ready for this challenge?”
Revanth said that MLAs have become corrupt. “People are complaining to me about this. KCR gained power twice by making false promises. Only four families benefited with the bifurcation,” he alleged. He said the Dharani portal will be shut if Congress comes to power.
Condemning the alleged attack on MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy by BRS activists, he said, “I am warning that we will not spare those who attack our leaders, we will settle accounts after coming to power.”
Meanwhile, MLA Jagga Reddy saod Venkat Reddy’s comments were misinterpreted. Speaking to reporters after meeting TPCC in-charge Manikrao Thakre, he said: “Thakre listened to Venkat Reddy. All senior leaders will be engaged in Yatras. I will also do my Yatra.”
