MUMBAI: Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company and Sundaram Mutual Fund bought stakes in India through separate bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange and BSE today.
Motilal Oswal AMC bought 800,000 shares or 3.57 per cent stake in Safari Industries at Rs 540 per share through two bulk deals on the NSE.
Similarly, Sundaram Mutual Fund bought 300,000 shares or 1.34 per cent stake at Rs 540 apiece through multiple block deals on the BSE.
Separately, Tano India Private Equity Fund sold 1.1 million shares of the company through bulk and block deals on the NSE and BSE. Prior to the stake sale, Tano India owned 5.15 per cent stake in the company.
