bulk deals: NSE-BSE bulk deals: DSP MF, Nippon India MF buy stake in Zensar Tech

MUMBAI: DSP Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund and Goldman Sachs India Fund bought a stake in today through multiple bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange.

DSP MF bought 6.8 million shares of Zensar Tech at Rs 294.7 apiece through two separate bulk deals on the NSE.

Nippon India MF bought 4.15 million shares of Zensar Tech through two separate bulk deals on the NSE at Rs 294.95 apiece.

Goldmans Sachs India Fund bought 2.6 million shares of the company at Rs 295 per share through a bulk deal on the NSE.

In a separate transaction, Marina Holdco sold 25.75 million shares of Zensar Tech at Rs 295.2 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.

Meanwhile, SBI Mutual Fund bought 5 million shares of V-Guard Industries at Rs 265 per share through a bulk deal on the NSE.

In another important transaction, HEG’s managing director Ravi Jhunjhunwala sold 100,000 shares of the company through a block deal on the NSE at Rs 2,265 apiece.
