52-week high: Stock market update: 59 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs on NSE were:

, Amrutanjan Healthcare, , Greenlam Industries, Pritish Nandy Communications, Suven Life Sciences, , Poly Medicure, Jindal Steel & Power and Balrampur Chini.

Overall, 33 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 17 were trading in red in the afternoon trade.

In the Nifty 50 index, Power Grid, NTPC, IndusInd Bank, SBI Life and Tata Steel were among top gainers, while Britannia, HUL, Infosys, Bajaj Auto and Nestle India were trading in red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 18.32 points up at 48098.99. Traders were seen piling up position in Sugar, Metals – Ferrous, Aquaculture, Diversified and Metals – Non Ferrous sectors, while selling were visible in FMCG, Gems and Jewellery, Airlines, Cement and Retail sectors.
