NSE-BSE bulk deals: Standard Life sells 4.99% stake in HDFC Life Insurance
MUMBAI: Standard Life (Mauritius Holdings) sold 100.8 million shares or a 4.99 per cent stake in
HDFC Life
Insurance Company on Tuesday through two bulk deals on BSE at Rs. 673 apiece.
Prior to the stake sale, Standard Life had held an around 8.88 per cent stake in the largest private sector life insurer in the country.
In another transaction, SBI Mutual Fund bought 69,932 shares of Wendt at Rs. 3,850 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.
