MRF share price: Share price of MRF jumps as Sensex drops 256.22 points
The counter has had a total traded volume of 697 shares so far with a value of Rs 5.47 crore on the NSE. It traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 20.54 and a price-to-book ratio of 2.02.
A higher price-to-earnings ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price for per rupee earnings given by the stock because of better future growth expectations.

The firm reported consolidated net sales of Rs 4705.22 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2020, up 9.7 per cent from the previous quarter’s Rs 4289.08 crore and up 13.39 per cent from the year-ago quarter’s Rs 4149.76 crore.
Profit for the latest quarter stood at Rs 520.54 crore, up 115.71 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
