I am still free: Dark web drug dealer after Hyderabad police crackdown | Hyderabad News
The brazen drug dealer runs his online store from the handle Zambadacartel. Senior police officers, who used decoys to crack the three cartels, say they are not going to let Zambadacartel off the hook. “He has stopped his trading for a while and we expect him to tread carefully, but he is in our sights now,” the officers said. “We expect him to change the name of his handle, but we are tracking him.”
Many of these suppliers use a social media forum for the dark web to advertise their deadly wares. Prospective buyers are directed to chat on messenger apps with a high level of secrecy.

The suppliers then give a menu of drugs available and also share their cryptocurrency account number, to which the interested buyer should make the payment.
“The supplier will initiate the delivery of the drug through a courier service,” a police officer told TOI. Some of the city-based peddlers, who were arrested in the past, physically met the two arrested inter-state peddlers.
However, to avoid coming under the scanner of security agencies and to do contactless trade, both sellers and buyers are preferring dark web.
One of the inter-state drug peddlers nabbed on Thursday paid 3 lakh rent for his palatial home in Goa, giving an indication of his flourishing illegal trade. He had a pack of ferocious stray dogs for his security.
Hyderabad police on Thursday said two inter-state drug traffickers and six peddlers from Hyderabad were arrested, while 30 consumers were booked from different parts of the city after their dark web operation.
Cops also seized 184 blots of LSD, 10 grams of MDMA, 1,450 grams of ganja, 140 grams of charas and seven mobile phones from the accused.
