There are superstars and then there is Amitabh Bachchan. As one of the most-loved actors in Indian cinema history, Amitabh Bachchan is the darling of the masses. The veteran actor, who is also known for his massive social media presence, is often treated to throwback images and edited pictures by his fans. Big B, as he is fondly called, also shares these fan edits on his social media pages. On Wednesday, he did exactly this when he posted such a collage. The post contains two pictures. In one image the Amitabh Bachchan of today is seen in a blue three-piece suit. The same image has also been edited to feature a young Amitabh Bachchan.

Along with the edit, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “And they, THEY, tell me on social media, ‘kuch nahi badla (nothing has changed)’.” Amitabh Bachchan then jokes, “Ab aankhon ki kamazori ki responsibility toh hum le nahi sakte. (Now I can’t take the responsibility for the weakness of the eyes.)” He also goes on to add a couplet, “Hum hi jaane haal hamaara, badal gaya hai jeevan saara (Only we know our state, for our whole life has changed).”

Replying to the past, Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda dropped a heart emoji.

In addition to throwback pictures, Amitabh Bachchan often shares pictures and videos from his busy workdays. Recently, the actor shared an image of himself from a recording studio. In the photo, Amitabh Bachchan looks deep in thought, dressed in a colourful jacket. In the caption, he said, “Music be the food for love and so much more… in contemplation of it at recording.”

Reacting to the post, Shweta Bachchan said, “Food “of” love. Slight typo dear father,” with a heart emoji.

Amitabh Bachchan doesn’t shy away from taking us down memory lane with his throwback photos. Take a look at this vintage photo where he is seen in a tan three-piece suit with a fleece jacket. The actor looked dapper, no doubt. For the caption, Big B chose these words of nostalgia, “Those were the days my friend.” Actor Rohit Bose Roy commented, “Holy wow.” Take a look:

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will next be seen in Brahmastra, Good Bye, Uunchai and Project K, among others.
