MUMBAI: SBI Mutual Fund bought 341,733 shares or 2.22 per cent stake in at Rs 1,865 per share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.
In a separate deal, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance sold 400,000 shares of Esab India at Rs 1,865 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE. Prior to the stake sale, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance held 2.69 per cent stake in the company.
Shares of Esab India ended 7.3 per cent higher at Rs 1,965.10 on the National Stock Exchange.
