Cessna aircraft crashes in Telangana’s Nalgonda, trainee pilot killed | Hyderabad News

The deceased was a trainee pilot at Flytech Aviation Academy in Andhra Pradesh, officials said.

HYDERABAD: A woman pilot died in a private academy trainee aircraft crash at Nalgonda district of Telangana on Saturday morning.
According to police, the deceased trainee pilot was Mahima, a native of Tamil Nadu.
Mahima was a trainee pilot at Flytech Aviation Academy in Macherla of Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh, Nalgonda SP Rema Rajeshwari said.
Police said that Mahima took off in Cessna trainee aircraft in the morning from the academy and the crash took place in Thungathurthy village of Pedavoora mandal in Nalgonda district. “The trainee pilot died on the spot,” the SP said.
